This action adventure feature film stars Carlos Roman as Ray Cobalto, leader of Cobalto Force.
In 1979, Cobalto was asked
by the United Nations and the US government to lead a specialty rescue team,
conformed by top notch military specialists from the US and foreign countries.
After a few successful rescue operations in the Middle East, Cobalto and his
team (known as Cobalto Force,) after the December 2nd, 1980 rape and slaying of
four U.S nuns, is dispatched to El Salvador to extract another group of
American and French nuns running an orphanage.
Unable to follow his orders
and leave the children behind, Cobalto takes them along. As Lt. Colonel Houston
joins them at the pick-up point, Cobalto's team is under heavy attack by the
Salvadorian military impersonating rebels. One of his men is hit and taken
prisoner. Disregarding high command orders of no engagement, Lt. Colonel
Houston allows Cobalto and
his team to go back and rescue this man.
Back home, Cobalto's old nemesis, CIA agent Spencer, tries to get Cobalto to blame Lt. Colonel Houston for the attack on the Salvadorians and for bringing kids that were not part of the rescue operation. Cobalto takes the blame and stands trial for insubordination. The government, fearing the media could bring embarrassment, gives Cobalto the option to step down voluntarily.
2001, Ray Cobalto has spent
the past two decades as a mercenary.
Houston, now a Brigadier Colonel who
answers to the President, asks Cobalto to get his team back together and work
directly for him, this time they will handle special terrorist situations,
organized crime, gang warfare and any situation that requires working behind
the scenes and outside the boundaries of the legal system to maintain justice
and society's safety. Houston will provide all the intelligence and financing,
but, if any of them gets caught, they will be on their own.
One by one Cobalto reunites his team.

Demolitions and explosives expert. Now works as a singing waiter at an Italian
restaurant.
Swift Owl, Native American, Special weapons expert. Now a lobbyist for Indian rights.
Jay Jay Blair, USA, Electronics expert, Team's muscle Now working as a bouncer.
Shayan, Saudi Arabia, Parapsychologist, expert at manipulating people, gifted with telekinesis, trained in Chin Na. Now serving time for burglary.
Micah, Sweden, new addition to the team, professional mountain climber, skier, scuba-diving. Now working as a club dancer.
